Despite previously admitting her health worries, the 29 year old looked happy and carefree as she relaxed in her rainbow bikini by the pool in Alicante.
The mum of one took a dip in the pool before heading to the showers to cool off.
As she cleaned off, Chanelle pulled her bikini top down – losing control of her ample assets as she flashed fellow holidaymakers.
The TV star, who came to fame in the 2007 Big Brother cycle, then grabbed a cool drink and strutted around the pool in her flip flops.
She went makeup-free and let her brunette hair hang loose around her shoulders as she relaxed during her Spanish getaway.
She said won't be able to conceive naturally until she's lost weight properly, according to doctors who are worried the TV personality has messed up her cycle.
Appearing on today's This Morning, she explained that she's ready to make permanent lifestyle changes after a health scare gave her a wake-up call.
"I want to have more children - not right now obviously because it's basically impossible - but it's something I want," she told Phillip Schofield and guest presenter Davina McCall.
"It's absolutely terrifying. I think because I've been so extreme with the way I've been doing things, when I do put weight on, it goes on a lot quicker."
Size 18 Chanelle has also been suffering from a back injury, which has contributed to her weight gain – but doctors can do nothing about it until she sheds the excess pounds.
"They did just say your back's never going to get better. I need an operation on it but they said, 'We're not going to do anything on it to your back until you've proved that you can lose weight,'" she went on
